Premier jour de septembre, premier jour du défi 30 peintures en 30 jours organisé par Leslie Saeta.
Ce mois-ci sera ma dixième participation à ce défi!
Comme à chaque fois, je n'ai rien préparé, planifié ... Et j'ai si hâte de me remettre à mes crayons et pinceaux après un été de grande chaleur et douce léthargie.
Je sais que je veux explorer, jouer avec aquarelle et acrylique, tester mes papiers ... Peindre des portraits, des natures mortes, quelques abstraits. Je voudrais surtout en profiter pour m'amuser ...
La boucle d'oreille rouge est ma contribution au premier jour du défi dont l'un des objectifs sera de peindre enfin un autoportrait ressemblant !!!
Un auto portrait,quoi demander de mieux pour te remettre à l’oeuvre! Bravo, et je pense que tu as la bonne attitude , s’amuser en travaillant. Bien d’accord......des fois j’ai tendance à oublier.....

EffacerIl est étonnant que vous ayez participé à ce défi dix fois. Ce sera ma quatrième fois et aussi épuisant que cela deviendra, il a toujours été si gratifiant, surtout pour les amitiés que j'ai nouées et comment cela a poussé mon art. J'adore le partager avec toi vraiment. L'autoportrait est émouvant et touchant, montrant votre main et votre esprit sensibles.

Effacerin September, I do mostly ink and watercolor in sketchbooks or on watercolor papers. My goal is to have fun, paint everyday and post the result even if I am not really happy with it.

Martine, the earring gives just the right amount of pop to this lovely self portrait. I feel much the same as you about the challenge...and I've done all of them too...but think it's more like 8?
