Nice bright colors! Those blues certainly make that papaya sing. Yummy!
RépondreEffacerUsing complementary colors always works!
EffacerThat papaya reminds me of the Virgin of Guadalupe. Beautiful colors!
RépondreEffacerYou are right ! looking at the Virgin I see the same form...
EffacerOhh - this is wonderful! The fruit is so luscious and the way the 'blue' encircles the papaya keeps drawing my eye! Love it!!
RépondreEffacerThank you Janet ! So happy that marks, lines and colors catched your eyes!
EffacerI agree with Janet, the blue plate or energy lines are wonderful around the orange of the papaya. I have been getting Caribbean vibes from you lately. What's going on in Montreal?
RépondreEffacerIt is Cold and there is too much snow so far... At this time, every year, I am dreaming of South and sea !
EffacerLove this, almost abstracted, graphic take on fruit. The papaya med me think of the Virgin as well. That reminded me of my Grandmothers, (long gone) and a very dear friend who gave me a small artwork, which I keep on my desk. Nice thoughts from this beautiful piece. Lovely Martine :)
RépondreEffacerSuch a nice comment! Thank you Sheila and have a great Friday!
